Who is Rose & Clark?
Rose & Clark is a women’s fashion boutique focused on refined, wearable pieces designed to fit seamlessly into everyday life. Our collections are built around timeless style, quality materials, and an easy shopping experience from start to finish.
Do you ship outside Ireland?
At the moment, we deliver exclusively within Ireland. This allows us to stay focused on service quality and reliable delivery. If this changes in the future, we will share updates with our customers.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order includes free delivery within Ireland. There are no minimum order values and no special conditions.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. In most cases, your order will arrive within 4–9 business days in total. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive tracking details by email.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
We recommend checking the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation first. If more than 7 business days have passed since dispatch and your order has not arrived, please contact us at info@roseandclark.com so we can assist you.
Can I return an item if it’s not right for me?
Yes. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. To get started, simply email info@roseandclark.com and we will guide you through the process.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time before the funds appear in your account.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do. If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us at info@roseandclark.com and we will help you with the available options.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, and Visa. All payments are securely processed using SSL encryption.
Is my personal and payment information protected?
Yes. Your privacy and security are very important to us. Rose & Clark does not store sensitive payment details, and all transactions are handled through secure, trusted payment providers.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@roseandclark.com and we will do our best to help. Note that we only can cancel your order after 10 minutes after the payment.
